• Physical Fitness: Participants should be in good health and able to participate in physical activities.
• Advised not to participate: Pregnant women, and individuals with health issues such as high blood pressure, asthma, severe neurological conditions, or recent surgeries and significant injuries. Please note that our place is not wheelchair accessible.
